This website presents the work and services of the independent team using the Assist Group name.
Information and inquiries
Project descriptions explain the team's work and available areas of collaboration. Sending an inquiry is an invitation to discuss a project, not an order or a binding project agreement.
Project arrangements
The contracting party, scope, timing, budget, payment arrangements and acceptance criteria are established separately for each engagement. No particular legal entity, tax status, invoice format or payment method is promised by this website.
Delivery and rights
The project agreement defines the source code, documentation and access to be delivered, rights to commissioned work and any conditions for transfer. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective licences.
Results and case studies
Development and creative services do not guarantee revenue, customer acquisition or other commercial outcomes. Case studies describe work performed by the team, with project status and measurement limits stated where relevant. Assist and Clypse are past in-house product work; their current availability is not implied.
