Privacy Policy
How project inquiries and website preferences are handled on the Assist Group website.
Contact
For questions about your information or a request to correct or delete an inquiry, message us on Telegram at @assistgroup_dev. Assist Group is the commercial name used by an independent product development team.
Information you choose to share
The optional project brief form asks for your name, email, project type and description. A company or project name, approximate budget and desired timeline are optional. You can also contact us directly through Telegram. Please do not include sensitive information or confidential materials in an initial inquiry.
Purpose and delivery
We use inquiry details to assess whether we can help, respond to you and discuss a possible engagement. Sending an inquiry does not create a project agreement or subscribe you to marketing messages.
When you submit the website form, your details are sent to our server and forwarded to our designated Telegram chat through the Telegram Bot API. If delivery fails, the form keeps your entries and offers a copyable brief so you can contact us directly. Telegram processes delivered messages under its own policies.
Website storage and technical information
Form entries remain on the current page while you work and are not saved to localStorage. We do not persist submitted inquiries in a website database. The server keeps temporary request counters to limit abuse; these reset after a short period or a restart. Your cookie preference is saved in a cookie. Hosting and Telegram may process technical information needed to operate their services, such as request logs and message records.
External services
Hosting and Telegram are external services and may process information outside your country under their respective policies. Avoid sharing information you do not want to send through these channels.
Your inquiries
Contact us if you want to ask about an inquiry, update the details you provided or request deletion. Any separate project engagement will set out its own confidentiality and information-handling requirements.
